We deliver to the regions below. Your delivery fee is added at checkout, before you pay. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll call or message you to arrange the delivery.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every GHALIA product is sourced from Morocco and chosen because it is the real thing, the same products used in Moroccan hammams.
How do I track my order?
After you order you get an order number (for example GH-7K2M9Q). Go to Track your order and enter it with your phone number.
My Mobile Money payment failed. What now?
Your order stays reserved for 24 hours. Open your order page and tap “Pay with MoMo” to try again, or switch to cash on delivery. Check that you have enough balance and approve the prompt quickly, as it expires after a short time.
Is it safe to pay online?
Mobile Money payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. Your payment details go directly to Paystack and your network; we never receive your PIN.
